Quite the eventful day… I woke up to my father telling me that my mom took a cab to the hospital because she suffered from severe cramps when she came into work this morning. I was supposed to meet up with Anton for lunch in Copenhagen, but our plans got postponed because I wanted to stay home if things took a turn with mommy-dearest. No one knew what was wrong until she called home around 4 PM, telling us that she had been told it could be gall stone and that they’d heard irregular heartbeats, but she said she was doing fine.
With that, I decided to go to Copenhagen and meet up with Anton and apply for a retail job in a store I really like - which I did. (Fingers crossed that I get it) Afterwards we went by Frame where Anton works (Suh-weet set up by the way), met up with Niklas and went home to Malmö. Dad informed me that my mom had kidney stones and that she was to spend the night at the hospital, but probably could come home tomorrow. Sure hope she’s doing all right…

It’s now 4.20 AM and I went to bed several hours ago. I still haven’t gotten any sleep, I don’t know if it’s because I’m anxious, stubborn or just not tired, but I’m wide awake by my computer keyboard.
I’ve been listening to Broken Social Scene - Feel Good Lost Reprise, which probably is the best song ever made. It’s ambient, beautiful and makes me reminiscent of all the good times I’ve had throughout my short life. It’s almost as if the past was flashing in slow motion before my eyes, reminding me about… All that is wonderful. God, I sound so grotesquely emotional, but I’m really not. I’m just happy.
